Calypso

She’s home resting. The surgery went well – the doctor didn’t see any evidence that the cancer had spread. The sutures come out in about a week – there are a lot of them. All in all, she seems to be recovering very well. She’s one a small dose of pain medication, which I’m hoping will serve to keep her calm as well.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts and words. I know she’s just a cat, but she’s my cat and she’s been a big part of my life for fourteen years. She’s been through a lot with me.
