Boulevard has released four new artisan beers and so far, they are amazing. We had the Double Wide IPA last night. It’s an excellent India Pale Ale, nice bite, with a very hoppy aftertaste. Tonight we’re enjoying The Sixth Glass, comparable to the Trappist ales, such as Chimay, Rochefort, etc. It’s a very close second to one of my all time favorites, La Fin Du Monde. I almost like it better because it’s a local brew, and therefore fresher. Mind you, I said almost.
I’m anxious to try the next two, Long Strange Tripel, and Saison, though I’m not sure they can top The Sixth Glass.
