After four and a half months of living in our new house, we finally bought blinds – I just got done installing them. We bought them online from Blinds Wholesale – 12 sets of custom fitted, brushed aluminum blinds for under $600. Not bad at all, especially considering we won’t be paying for them, the landlords will, at least two thirds of the cost anyway. They look awesome. We’ve had bare windows/old ratty curtains from my college days for four and a half months. Things are starting to look a little more finished around here!
We also bought a dark olive green paint for my office and plan on buying some more soon. I’m hoping to get a little painting done next week – I have Monday off for Spring Break, but I am working the rest of the week.
